The Boss Baby Movie Event

My family and I were super excited to be invited to celebrate the arrival of Dream Works Animation and 20th Century Fox “The Boss Baby.”

The day of the special premiere was a beautiful day. After the kids and I walked the red carpet and posed for photos, my daughter Ava and her friend were happy to join other kids on the grass with Head of Story, Ennio Torresan. There they learned how to draw “The Boss Baby” wearing a suit and tie, which caused a lot of chuckles from the girls.

After the drawing, the kids were ready to take some photos with “The Boss Baby” himself who was roaming around the event. "Cookies are for closers!" my daughter jokingly said to him as they shook hands and posed for the photos.

Now onto the puppies! The girls waiting patiently in line for their chance to hug and cuddle with some of the cutest puppies ever brought in by The Vanderpumps. Before long we were called in to the auditorium, as the screening was about to begin.

Rosie Rivera greeted the audience as she discussed the movie and shared some details about her and her growing family as a mom and an entrepreneur.

The lights were cut and the movie began to claps and cheers.

After the movie, we drove home and discussed the movie with the littles who really enjoyed it. The older girls were able to grasp the meaning of "THE BOSS BABY" as a universal story about how a new baby's arrival impacts a family. As an older sister to Luke, Ava felt a connection to Tim, a wildly imaginative 7 year old.

The girls laughed at the antics of “The Boss Baby”, voiced by Alec Baldwin. They both figured out how all in all, the movie was a heart-filled message about the importance of family.

DreamWorks Animation and the director of MADAGASCAR, “The Boss Baby” is an authentic and broadly appealing original comedy for all ages.

We sure hope you get a chance to check it out when it opens March 31, 2017.
